The memory module in this auction is Non-ECC, Non-Registered, JEDEC Standard 144-Pin SODIMM with Gold Leads.

To properly install just follow these easy steps:

DO NOT remove the memory chip from the anti static bag.
Turn off the power to your computer and unplug it.
Remove the cover without touching anything inside.
Touch an unpainted metal surface on the frame of your computer. This will remove the static electricity from your body which can harm to your computers components and the memory chip.
Locate the memory expansion slot on the motherboard.
Remove the memory chip from the anti static bag and look at the notches on the bottom of the chip and line them up with the notches in the memory expansion slot.
Replace the cover
