This is a pair of tan or khaki pleated pants. 100% Cotton. Excellent condition, they look almost new, you have to look at them closely to see any wear once they are ironed. Waist is 38", inseam is 29 1/4".

I combine items according to package weight and destination zip code and will ship Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or UPS, and will fill a one-rate priority box for $8.50. I expect payment within 7 days of the end of the auction unless I have been contacted that you are still bidding and waiting to combine shipping. I will wait up to 14 days if you are combining shipping. I do file unpaid item disputes for ALL items that are won and not paid for, absolutely no exceptions. I realize that things come up and life happens, but I am not a layaway plan and I need to clear things out of my house. All sales are final unless I grossly misrepresent an item.

I try very hard to represent my items fairly and accurately. I am very, very particular about things and I look things over very carefully and try to mention any and all wear, flaws, etc. that I notice. I am human, and it is possible that I may miss something every now and then. We are a smoke free, pet friendly home, I do lint brush everything before I ship it because while I love my pets, I do not love pet fur on my own or my children's clothing. However, I may miss a stray hair once in awhile. Some of the items I sell come from other people and I do not always know what kind of environment things have been in (smoking/pets/air sprays, etc.). I will always clearly state if I notice any odors/smells, but I'm not overly sensitive and we don't have allergies. Please keep these things in mind when bidding.
