• We will provide a full refund (within 7 days of receipt), minus S&H costs, if item is not as described, or you are not pleased with your purchase. Book MUST be received in same condition, in same packaging, if returned. You MUST notify us immediately if you are not pleased with your purchase. We will NOT refund money, or provide a partial refund, if book has been altered in any way, shape, or form.
• Our S&H rates are determined by our costs for all materials and labor, not just actual shipping costs.
• We insure all books over $100.00 at our cost. -- Insurance for books under $100.00 is the responsibilty of the buyer. We will not be resposible for lost packages. We highly recommend insurance.
• We attempt to ship all books within 3 days of receipt of payment. This is normal processing for our business. There are times that it could take a little longer, due to backlog, book fairs we may be doing, travel, etc.
• International orders REQUIRE payment by cashier's check or Money Order, or Paypal.
• There will be a $20.00 charge for any returned check.
