Antigua Winds Alto Saxophone, Model A520-LQ Advanced Eb Alto Saxophone, a Selmer SA 80 Series II Model 52 Copy; dealer restored, plays flawlessly, nicely engraved bell (see photos). This horn is a shameless, exact copy of the Selmer classic, and it's a real horn; it is definitely an intermediate or pro level horn, based on its playability:

The more I that play the Antigua Winds horns, the more I like them: great players! Antigua Winds is based in San Antonio, Texas:

I was stunned when I first played this horn, because it is so close to the Selmer Paris Model 52, in playability and sound, that it's bewildering: how do they do it at this cost? If you like the SA 80 Series II, you'll like this horn. The lacquer wear even resembles the horn it was modeled on (you can see the high copper content), and it is about 75-80% intact (the neck has wear, see photos). If you don't care about the cosmetics, and you do care about playability and sound, this horn will work. All in all, this is a great saxophone value, and any level player can use it. Flat Rate Shipping of $28 for the USA Lower 48; the s/n is A40363xx.
