Our postage rates include the expense of shipping, handling and high quality packaging.

Multiple items must be combined in one package and be paid in one payment if they closed in the same time. Please enquire about postage for multiple items any any discounts we may be able to offer.

Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded.)

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.

United Kingdom- All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Sorry local pickup is not available.

Europe- Buyers in other European countries, Please email us for postage cost.

All payments must be prepaid. We do not accept COD payment.

Payment needs to be received within 7 business days after the auction end.

Terms

We will dispatch goods upon receipt of a cheque, providing you have a 100% positive feedback of 50 or more, although we do reserve the right to wait for the clearance of any cheque without notice.

Like all eBayers, once we have dispatched your order, we are completely dependent upon the relevant postal service. If you feel that your order is taking longer than anticipated, then please get in touch and we will do our best to track it for you.

We will never ignore an email or phone call. If you don't get a response within 12 hours then something is wrong. Simply try again either via eBay or the contact information provided on our "me" page.

Before considering leaving us anything other than positive feedback, please give us a reasonable chance to resolve any issue that you may have. Please be assured that we are dedicated to seeing every transaction through to a successful conclusion.

Warranty

All our products have full one year warranty. Buyers can contact us to send the defective back for exchange with warranty period.

We only warranty for defective products. Physical damage or misuse of the products is not exchangeable or refundable.

Buyers send the defective products back for exchange or refund at their own cost. We will be responsible for the shipping to resend replacement.

If for any reason we are unable to replace your products we'll refund you products price (Postage rates are not refundable).

Return/Refund

We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA (Returned merchandise authorization).

The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us including invoice, user manual etc. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.

Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 12% restocking fee and admin fees.

In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, and postage cost is no refundable.

Refund is not allowed if you purchased the wrong item, replacement are the only option.

Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item and via the original payment method.

Cancel order

We reserve the right to cancel order if the buyer does not pay us within 7 business days after auction end, and negative feedback will be posted on their eBay profile..
