The only pick-up location we have is in Concord (Vaughan), just a few blocks north of Toronto in Ontario, Canada. A minimum handling fee of $5.00 USD applies to each item being picked up. This fee is stated on each auction in the yellow box above. We only accept cash as a method of payment for pick-ups. Once DOA is approved, item will be replaced or a refund will be issued. The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered. Returned item should be in the same condition and packaging as it was sent to you. We will not issue a refund if item was tampered with or tester's sticker was removed. If DOA will not approved refund will be issued, but not more than the item price.
